Or you can mix a medium sized banana with melted shea butter, mix together and use as a deep conditioner for one of your extra dry days. For extra nutrients and to make your hair really moisturized you can add to your banana, avocado oil or hemp oil. And leave in hair overnight for a super soft result before you shampoo.

Banana Face Mask

 The banana face mask is a very popular face treatment at the spa. Recreate your own spa face mask at home with these three simple ingredients. You might already have them on hand and had no idea that they could be blended together and used as rejuvenating mask for your skin. Do not throw away your banana peel, it contains several antioxidants which with regular application on skin can fade dark spots and reduce the appearance of wrinkles.

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana

1 tsp Vitamin E oil

1-tablespoon yogurt

Directions: Blend all the ingredients together. Apply generously to damp face and relax for half an hour. Place the banana peel over the eye area (like you would a cucumber) or place it over areas where you have wrinkles or frown lines. Rinse off the mask thoroughly with lukewarm water and then finish up your facial with a splash of cold water.
